Leader or follower?

This was posted by Perry Noble the other day and it really got me thinking. As a leader, it’s sometimes hard to, well, lead. That’s really what it’s all about. You’re either going to lead – initiate - or follow – respond. Going back to a blog I posted last week – failure to try, it’s not always easy to lead.
Just remember, listen to God. I can’t emphasize that enough. Do what He tells you to do, and surround yourself with the right people; people who live to please God, people that will speak truth into your life, and people who are serious about the kingdom of God!
The staff that I have the honor of serving with at CFAN is the best group of people I could ever want to be around. They are serious about bringing people to the Lord and seeing lives changed! It’s something I’m trying to emulate with the creative team. I want a group of people that are just crazy about God, will think outside the box, and are not afraid to just DO it!
