Surrender your heart

It’s so much easier to make other people beieve that we have it all together and portray what we think a christian should act like and look like on the outside, but God doesn’t care about all that! He wants our hearts. Have you truly given yours to Him? No matter what happens in your life, no matter the circumstances, do you have joy? Not happiness, but joy. The kind of joy that only comes from giving your heart completely to Him!
Remember, God never said we would live a life free of trials & tribulation, just a way to make it through….and that way is His word and an intimate relationship with Him!

Hi no I haven’t heard the message but I know its really good. In todays world we always have to remember to give our hearts to God. We as christians have soo much to do and we often forget the old times where you pray all nite long at the altar or even simply giving your heart to the Lord like you have preached on. But my question is how often do we go back and give God something that we have lost or haven’t given God at a long time? We give it to him when we get saved but what about when you get down the road and you ask God for more or your thirsty for just more of him? Honestly sometimes its hard cause we as people want to hold on to so much things in life.
